This was a dated grade II listed property in a prestigious Knightsbridge garden square. The property had not been updated in 60 years. This was fully refurbished by us and taken on as a turn key service to target families or buyer with a family wanting to move into the area. The property layout was fully reconfigured, despite restrictions provided by the particular listing of the property. We were asked to deal with all the planning applications and liaise with the listed planning officers to create a totally new design whilst keeping as much of the original character and historic essence of the property. The property achieved a ceiling price in the building, already in one of the most expensive areas in London.
